These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UE Monetra platform, website, and services (collectively, "Services") operated by Nexallion OU (registry code 17460579), a company registered in Estonia ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a funded package, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
UE Monetra provides simulated trading accounts for skill assessment purposes. Our platform allows participants to trade in a simulated environment using virtual capital. Profit splits are awarded based on trading performance. All trading is conducted in a simulated environment and does not involve real financial markets. This is not investment advice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
By using a funded account, you agree to comply with the trading rules applicable to your package, including but not limited to maximum drawdown limits (typically 10% overall and 5% daily), minimum trading days requirements, and profit split terms. Breach of these rules may result in account termination.
Payouts are subject to KYC verification, minimum payout thresholds, and minimum trading days as defined by your package. Payout requests are reviewed and processed according to our internal procedures. We do not guarantee any specific payout amount or timing.
Funded package fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that fees are charged for access to simulated trading capital and platform services.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk. Our simulated environment is for educational and skill assessment purposes. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You participate at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your funded package in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
